Walking in the front door of the condo to the fresh new look of everything Cocoa Beach. The space brings the outside feel into the condo as if you never left the beach. Easily be in the kitchen making breakfast and still be able to interact with everyone in the living room. The open concept doesn't leave anyone feeling left out. 4 bar stools to use as additional seating at the bar if you have any guests stop by. Enjoy dinner at "home" but still get the feel that you are on the beach catching that Florida sunshine. Kitchen provides all the cooking supplies you need to make just about any meal you want to serve up. Coffee bar provides all you need for your stay. All paper towels and toilet paper products are provided during your stay. Enjoy the open living area with views of the pool and the ocean out the balcony sliding doors. Dishes are inevitable, but guess what makes doing dishes better? A view of the ocean. People who have an ocean view while doing dishes are 90% happier. Fun fact, or made up statistic? I'll let you decide. Keurig provided along with some starter K-cups, sweetener, and creamer for your stay. Run up to the condo and grab a seat at the bar, and get an afternoon snack before heading out to the beach for round 2!Location is so key. It's easy to run back to the condo from the beach if you forgot something.Location, location, location, right! Ample space for kitchen seating at the table or just grab a snack at the bar. If the big game is on, you can still eat some food at the table and be able to see it because it is a massive 70 inch high definition smart tv. Open living space that has a table for 6 with 4 additional bar stools if needed. The living area has a huge sleeper sofa with additional chairs as well. 70 Inch Samsung Smart TV highlights the room. Cable TV is provided so you don't miss any live events. Plus, you can always connect to any of your streaming services as well. Easy to use. Comfortable space all around. Living space has blue tooth speakers, wireless smart phone chargers with USB input all included in the clock on the end table. Is that the Cocoa Beach Pier out my window? "We loved being able to bounce back and forth between the pool and beach during the day, and then walk to some good restaurants in the area at night. When sitting in the living room at Pier Pressure, you get a 3D illusion as if you are staring out at the World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier. They are fabulous and offer comfort that you won't believe until you sit there. It's one of our favorite spots to relax at Pier Pressure. This couch is a perfect spot for a cup of coffee in the morning, or some popcorn while you are having family movie night. Open up the closet door in this photo and see boogie boards, shovels, sand toys, putters and golf balls, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and more. Feel free to have fun with everything. Just rinse off the sand and bring it back when done. Large heated pool has chairs and umbrellas for relaxing. The balcony is a place to stop and recap the day. "Did you see me catch that big wave today?" or "Dad, our sand castle we built was the best sand castle ever." Don't let those small moments pass you by. Take a moment and soak it all in. All bedrooms feature ceiling fans to keep you cool while sleeping. Master bath has custom tiled walk-in shower with provided luxury Soap Box body wash, shampoo, and conditioner with Sea Minerals and Blue Iris. You will feel like you are in a different world in the surfboard room. You will love it. Master bedroom makes you feel at ease the second you step in the room. There are 3 full beds (plus a twin trundle bed) in here with luxury Vodyssey sleeping system mattresses and there is still ample room for everyone to watch the waves crashing in the ocean out of the window. That view never gets old. You are going to love the amazing sleep you get with these luxury Vodyssey Sleep System mattresses. Can you say SNOOZE? Cocoa Beach is known as the Small Wave Capital of the World. You can rent surfboards at the Pier and learn for yourself. Don't forget about the alarm clock in the bedroom. This also has a wireless smart phone charge, USB ports, and a bluetooth speaker. Blast your favorite tunes while hanging out with friends and family. Bunk bed that has two full mattresses. There is also a twin trundle underneath if you need additional sleeping spots. Plus, there is also another Full bed in this room as well. Enjoy the surfboard bedroom with views of the ocean from the window. Bedroom features ceiling fans with 3 speeds to keep you cool at night and it's far enough from the bunk bed that you don't have to worry about any kids touching any blades. Second bathroom has updated showers and includes luxury Soap Box body wash, conditioner and shampoo with Sea Minerals and Blue Iris. Heated pool that offers tons of seating. The community is small so there is never a need to fight for seating like some other communities. You can see the World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier as soon as you get to the beach. We love it because you can have your toes in the sand in about 2 minutes from stepping out your door! View of the pool with plenty of room to catch some sun with plenty of seating so you don't have to fight for chairs. You can catch a corner of the Cocoa Beach Pier in the photo to give you an idea of how close we are to the Pier. Showers to wash off the sand before heading back to relax at the pool or to chill inside the newly renovated condo for the day. Specialized Cocoa Beach Opoly based on the classic Monopoly. This will get you more familiar with the Cocoa Beach area. Bath towels, hand soap and makeup towels are provided for you and all your guests at Pier Pressure. If you need more, just look in the linen closet for additional towels. Kitchen is stocked with all new supplies. Alarm clock in both bedrooms and in the living room. Listen and watch the crashing waves from your private balcony while enjoying your favorite drink. Just a one hour drive to Walt Disney World. Make it a day trip and then relax on the beach the next day to recuperate. Easily see the pool and the practice putting green from the balcony. You can be down there in seconds. Putting green just outside your door. We have some putters and golf balls for you to get some practice in while you are here. Master bedroom can be used as another hang out area if you wanted to get away. It's large, has its own bathroom and has views of the pool and the ocean. Do you need anything else? Surfboard room is often a kids room, but it doesn't lack anything that the master bedroom has. We don't want anyone felt left out, so you have all the luxuries that any of the other bedrooms have. We got you covered. Sunshine is great medicine. This room will get you some natural sunlight, or just step outside a few steps and get the full effect. Entertainment awaits. Smart TV and tons of family games available for everyone of all ages. Relax on the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean with a cup of wine. Notes

   - Accessibility: Please note that our condo is located on the second floor and requires walking up one flight of stairs to access the unit.
- Post-Beach Rinse: After a fun day at the beach, please use the two outdoor showers to rinse off sand before heading back inside the condo.
- Morning Coffee: We've got your first morning covered! The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, and we provide a starter supply of K-cups,      creamer, and sweetener.

Neighbourhood

   The condo is located less than a 5 minute walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier. You will love the location because you can walk to almost anything from here. Walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier to play volleyball , take a surf lesson, or grab some lunch on the pier. There are also food trucks and sweets as well. 

You are also close enough to walk to other restaurants on the beach or many more within blocks of the condo.

There is also plenty of shopping within walking distance including the famous Ron Jon Surf Shop, which is the largest surf shop in the world. The area is safe and there is plenty to do within walking distance. If you want to jump in the vehicle, you can explore much more as well with an easy 10-15 minute drive.

Fantastic stay

Pier Pressure is an absolutely beautiful and roomy second and third story condo. We spent two weeks there in February and March of 2023 and could have easily stayed longer. The decor is very tasteful and beachy. It has everything needed from a fully stocked kitchen with even spices, storage containers, dish soap, and food wrap to a little store room with beach chairs, an umbrella, kids toys, nice beach towels and sunscreen-everything you need for a week at the beach! The washer and dryer was an added bonus, and they even provided PLENTY of laundry soap! A welcome package of water, coffee and snacks greeted us! We truly only needed to buy our food and drinks! It is at the perfect location being so near to the pier as well as walking distance (seriously) to bars and many restaurants. The owner was fantastic, taking care of any of our needs and checked in on us to be sure everything was in order. He was very prompt in answering our questions and even thanked us for leaving the condo in great condition. We would definitely recommend Pier Pressure to anyone including our friends and family and would stay there again.

This is the Place to be!!

This was everything as described and more. The views are even better in person than what pictures show. The beds were very comfortable! We had not a single issue with anything during our stay at Pier Pressure. Very happy with our choice and the hosts were more than accommodating! They know what they're doing, it's very evident in what we experienced! Will only stay here if we make our way back to Cocoa Beach!

Convenient Location

We loved our stay at Pier Pressure! The place was clean, well decorated and had great amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed both the beach and pool. It was the perfect spot to watch the sunrise every morning. The location is also very convenient to stores and nice restaurants. We can't wait to come back!!

Perfect Beach location

We loved everything about the condo. The condo was exactly as shown in the pics. The owner(s) have done a wonderful job making sure the unit had everything needed to make it feel like home. Loved the short walk to the beach and sitting on the lanai (balcony) overlooking the pool and watching the sunrise. Highly recommend and would rent again anytime.

When we arrived we had a nice treat basket and coffee bar was stocked. This place was super cute and clean. So many little extras. Amazing view of the beach. We had our choice of the pool or beach. Loved it.. Jason and Gina reached out to let us know about the shuttle lift off. Amazing communication. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great Condo

The condo was absolutely perfect for our mini Cocoa Beach vacation. Everything we needed was there. The condo was close to the beach and overlooked the pool. There were a lot of beach toys and chairs. The boggy boards were used everyday. The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked even though we didn't use it very much. Loved the snacks and water provided by the owner, not to mention the leftover beer which was added to when we left. We would definitely recommend staying there and if we come back will rent again. Thanks Jason for letting us rent your wonderful condo!!

Relaxing beachfront getaway

It was great to spend a few days with family at this condo right on the beach. It is such a great location for exploring the area and there are a lot of nice restaurants within walking distance. The condo is nicely appointed with comfortable beds. The cable TV is great if you want to watch local channels and live sports. Jason is a very helpful and attentive host.
