Notes

   Pack Light: We provide a wide range of supplies for your convenience, including cleaning supplies, paper towels, dishwasher soap, bath towels, and beach towels.

   Beach Gear Provided: To make your beach days perfect, we provide a full set of equipment located in the laundry room or backyard shed. This includes a beach cooler, wagon, umbrella, beach chairs, and sand toys. Please remember to rinse off the sand and return all items after use.

   High-Speed Internet & TV: The home is equipped with the fastest internet available, perfect for working remotely or streaming on multiple devices. All four bedrooms and the three main living areas feature top-of-the-line Samsung Smart TVs with Spectrum cable TV. You are also welcome to log into your own streaming services.

   Optional Pool Heating: The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $30 per day, which is a wonderful option during the cooler months. Please let us know in advance if you would like to add this service to your stay, and we can activate it remotely.

Access

   Guests will have private access to the entire home and all its amenities during their stay. This includes the main house, the private backyard with the pool and hot tub, and the game room. A laundry room is located under the carport, which also contains an additional refrigerator for your use. We provide plenty of washer pods and dryer sheets for your convenience.

Interaction

   We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their vacation. We will not be present during your stay, but we are always available and just a message or phone call away should you need anything at all.

Neighbourhood

   Quiet neighborhood with sidewalks for making the short walk to the beach or dinner or walk the other way for a quick game of tennis with our provided tennis rackets and balls. Gleason Park is also a short walk away and offers a playground with walking trails and a public pool.

   Step inside and feel the open, airy layout greet you. The main level features an expansive living room, dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen that seamlessly flow together, creating the perfect hub for your group.

   Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The home features four comfortable bedrooms. The second level has three bedrooms and two full baths, including a master suite with its own private bath and an enormous tiled shower. The lower level offers another bedroom with a king-sized bed. We provide luxury Soapbox body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

   Entertainment & Relaxation: Unwind in the lower-level family room with a top-of-the-line Samsung Smart TV and two sofas that fold out into double beds. The serene Florida room is perfect for reading, while the adjacent game room features a pool table and another smart TV.

One of our best vacation experiences

Kiss The Wave was one of the best AIRBNB experiences we've had. The house was just as described and so much more. The beach extras they provided made our beach excursions a lot easier. They have sand toys, chairs, towels, A beach cart and a cooler. We didn't need to travel with any of these things. The kitchen was fully equipped which made meal preparation a breeze. The propane grill is a good size and we used it at least 4 times to feed 12 people. It has the 4 bedrooms which are listed on the site but the downstairs den has 2 pull out couches that our kids were able to use. I give this house 5 stars because it really deserves it.

Amazing Time

My family took our first family vacation in 10 years together here. The location was perfect to walk to a nice quiet beach, or a quick drive to cocoa beach for the day. For the days we had nothing going on, the whole day was spent outside enjoying the heated pool and grilling up some food. The hot tub was great at night after long days. The house has everything you need in the kitchen to make meals at home. Overall it is the best house to rent that is on the market if you’re wanting to have a nice quiet neighborhood close to everything that side of Florida has to offer. We will absolutely be staying there again. The hosts are very nice people!

It has everything and then some!

Kiss the wave & fall in love. This house was charming, great location & tons of amenities! Upon first entering, the house was clean & spacious. The welcome basket was a perfect touch. As a family of 8 with grocery delivery on the way (Walmart was great but please note no fresh produce) we were happy to find a large fridge, freezer & plenty of drawer & cupboard space. Everything we needed to cook with was available - bonus there was a crockpot & blender & plenty of dishes & Tupperware. Coffee is a must have for us, there was a Keurig but we also purchased a coffee pot & left there. A short walk to the beach & we greatly appreciated the wagon, chairs, toys, tent that were available….but we spent most of our time enjoying the pool and hot tub! The weather was perfect, lots of basketball, cornhole & ladderball were also played. We even watched a rocket launch from the backyard one night. Small thoughtful details we also appreciated: Beach/pool towels (loved the logo on them too) Alarm clocks with smart phone charger on top Nugget ice maker! Shampoos & soaps (especially clean brands & give back brands) Thank you Kiss the Wave for a memorable vacation! Family of 8 (kids ages 8mo-14yrs)

Amazing Place!

This is our second stay at Kiss the Wave and we had an amazing time! The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. It feels like home. It is very clean and spacious, and the amenities can't be beat. Whether you and your guests prefer to be outside in the large pool, or stay indoors and shoot some billards - this place has something for everyone. The downstairs is great for watching games or movies, and the kitchen has everything you need to make a family meal. Highly recommend!

Excellent

We had a wonderful stay at Kiss the Wave. We are local to Brevard County but had family come into town from TN for my son’s high school graduation weekend. We wanted a place near the beach with a pool that could comfortably host 10 of us. The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious; we never felt on top of one another and it was nicely furnished and decorated. The house was stocked perfectly with everything we needed for our stay and Jason was easy to get ahold of if we had any questions. I can’t say enough good things about Kiss the Wave. We would definitely stay again when family comes to town.

Perfect Location

We enjoy this property because of the huge back yard with pool and hot tub. It is a short walk to the beach for the sunrises. You can walk to a wonderful park in 20 minutes. The owner is very accessible if you have concerns or questions. This was the second time that we have enjoyed this rental.
